Services
Holmwood Facilities provides commercial cleaning services as agreed with the client. All services are subject to site assessments, agreed scopes of work, access arrangements and confirmed schedules. Any changes to services must be agreed in writing.
Services may be delivered directly by Holmwood Facilities or by approved subcontractors acting on our behalf.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed prior to the commencement of services. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or changes to scheduled services must be communicated in advance. Late cancellations may still be chargeable depending on the circumstances and notice provided.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatically issued once a service has been delivered. Any refunds, credits or remedial services are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises, accurate information about site conditions, and a suitable working environment. Holmwood Facilities is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed hazards or restricted access.
Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The information provided on this website and in relation to our services is for general information purposes only. While we take reasonable care in delivering services, Holmwood Facilities shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
